I found that this song was perfect for me to listen to this morning as I started my day off. It's a cold and blustery day outside. This song helped ease me into the day. I'm not a morning person but I've found that music I love makes it easier for me to get kick-started. If you listen to the song you will come to the whistling part. I love a good whistler. I'm married to a whistler. I can't whistle at all. I try it all the time and can only push out weird whispy air. Not a melodic enchanting whistle. During During my latest round of insomnia (3 am to right now) I did my usual routine of surfing aimlessly around the tv channels and this song on MTV perked me right up. In case you haven't heard it yet I thought I'd share it. A cool feature is that you can go here and upload a picture and message of your loved one and it embeds it right into the music video. Then you just pop in the recipients email and off it goes right to them. With Valentine's Day just around the corner...this is a fun way to express your love to someone special. Hi Bob. Straight No Chaser

Take a listen to this humorous version of the Twelve Days of Christmas performed by Straight No Chaser (a men's acapella group from Indiana University). The original members have re-banded to put out a 2008 Holiday CD. I like to purchase a couple of new Holiday CD's every year and theirs made the cut!

The other night during my wee hours of the morning spree on I tunes I discovered Luke Doucet.  He's Canadian ay.  Cute too.  I like this song alot...and the video totally sums up what it must be like to live or work with me.  When I'm in my own little world (which is often) I am completely and frustratingly hard to get thru to.  Of course being the artsy dreamer that I am....I am usually oblivious.  Which reminds me I should tell the story of how I ended up in the middle of Pennsylvania one time because of daydreaming.
